  • Test with Different Email Providers

If you’re using a third-party email provider, try testing with an iCloud email account:

Create a test event on your wife’s iPhone:

    • Open Calendar.
    • Create a new event.
    • Add your iCloud email as an invitee.
    • Send the invite.

Check your iPhone:

    • Open Mail and Calendar apps to see if the invite appears.

  • Check Junk/Spam Folders

Sometimes, calendar invites can be marked as spam.

  • Update iOS

Ensure that both iPhones are running the latest iOS version:

  • Reset Calendar Sync

Try resetting calendar sync on both iPhones:

  1. On your iPhone:
    • Go to Settings.
    • Tap Calendar.
    • Tap Accounts.
    • Select your email account.
    • Toggle Calendars off, wait a few seconds, and then toggle it back on.

  • Re-Add Email Accounts

If the problem persists, try removing and re-adding your email accounts:

On both iPhones:

    • Go to Settings.
    • Tap Mail.
    • Tap Accounts.
    • Select the email account and tap Delete Account.
    • Restart the iPhone.
    • Re-add the email account under Settings > Mail > Accounts.

If none of the above steps resolve the issue, it might be necessary to contact Apple Support for further assistance.
