My dad’s family sharing Apple Music doesn’t download on my phone

My dad got a family subscription for Apple Music and it has only loaded onto my sisters phone. I have an iPhone 8 and I have tried everything I have thought of: completely Turing my phone if then trying again, uninstalling the app and completely Turing my phone of and then install it again, uninstall the app and wait for a week until I install it again. But nothing has worked.
