I can’t use my number for either iMessage or FaceTime neither calls, it only lets me use my email which i don’t wanna use

Contact your cellphone carrier and request to unlock the SMS from your phone line because FaceTime and iMessage needs the SMS unlock and you will see that your phone number set it up to those services

Not quite. iMessage and Facetime must be able to send an international text message to complete the activation. However, if the OP already has the services active on their phone, I suspect that is not the issue.
What happens when you go to Settings>Messages>Send & Receive. Is your number there? If not, log out of iMessage and Facetime, restart the phone, and log back in.
