Why Apple Pay and Wallet not working in India

There are differences in privacy laws and banking regulations between the US and India. Apple is not a bank, so they are at the mercy of the US banks they partner with to provide financial services. Because of the differences in technology behind Apple Pay (more secure) and the other payment services (less secure) like Google Pay, Samsung Pay etc. other service will operate in India.
