Quick open feature of Swift Playgrounds not working ?

Hello,

Since version 4.5, Swift Playgrounds on iPad offers a new feature to quickly navigate to an item of a project. When I’m using it, it opens properly a popup showing the result of what I’m searching, but if I click on a response or press enter it does not navigate to the selected item.

Does anyone has also this issue ?
