Apple TV app on macOS keeps asking me if I am over 16 when playing show

TV app on macOS with version 1.4.4.48

macOS version 14.4.1

Apple account with date of birth entered. I am 26.

I am not using any kind of parental controls and also don't have kid accounts linked or something like that.

Why does it keep asking me every single time if I am over 16? It often asks 2 times consecutively before playing the show.

I am watching John Sugar and some episodes are rated 12, some 16, if that changes anything.
