I forgot the trusted number to my Apple ID. How do I recover my account?

I forgot the cell number of my apple id and it is blocked. How can I find this information?

The phone number associated with your Apple ID is probably your iPhone, and it is likely all your devices are linked to the same Apple ID (so the same number). If that doesn’t help your cellular provider should be able to tell you all the numbers which are allocated on your account, which will reduce the number of suspects to a manageable level for trial and error!
