When i connect my iPhone 7 To A Computer With An Genuine Apple Cable It Gives 2 different error messages

ive looked at some articles but not found anything based on my situation

Does the phone indicate it is being charged by the computer?
Have you turned off the PIN access on the phone to see if that makes a difference?
Is there any device management on the phone from a corporate location or school?
Basically if there is a profiles section in the settings, that needs to be emptied. If it can't be, you'll need to find its original owner's information.
We are just end users here. So we have no means of checking who last owned the phone.
