Apple TV 4K is always hot

There was a lightning strike in my neighborhood that made the Apple TV reboot in a very weird way

After a while, the tv displayed a message about being too hot and would resume after it cools down.

I unplugged it and left it to cool

I plugged it back in and check it one in a while. It always feels hot, even after it has been off for a day

Do I need to be concerned?
