SERI REMOTE IS BROKEN I NEED TO REPLACE IT
i have my apple tv equipment through my cable provider, however they won't replace it they say we have to go through apple but not sure how.

Go to your own country’s Apple Store. The one you are on now is American and prices are in American , so choose your own country and search Siri Remote Add to bag then sign in with your Apple ID and checkout to pay
