Just to confirm, are the lines still showing? If not, we would not be able to troubleshoot the behavior and find what was causing it.

If it is still happening, you will want to determine if it’s a display concern or an image concern. To do that, check these things:

·     Does it happen on all apps?

·     Does it happen with all backgrounds? 

·     Does it happen when pushing on the screen?

·     Does it happen after removing the case and/or screen protector?

If it is on all apps/backgrounds and happens when removing everything from the phone, we recommend reaching out to Apple Support so they can look into this in more detail. You can do that here: Contact - Official Apple Support
