my phone was stollen yesterday, i had signed out of icloud to help someone else find theirs and i forgot to sign in after. If it was off when it got stollen and it has a password, can they still access my info. I had also set up a configuration where no one could access the control center without my Face ID or password.

Nobody can get your phone's data without the passcode.
