iCloud email hacked
I received an email from my iCloud email saying that my email has been hacked. I want to change my primary email and eventually get rid of my present one

As for optionally changing your eMail / AppleID, see how here:
Change your Apple ID - Apple Support
This process will move all subscriptions and purchases made w/ your “current” AppleID into your “new” AppleID.
It's extremely likely the email was a scam. There's almost no hacker who would tell you such a thing. The idea is to NOT be detected.
If you like, all you need to do is change the password.
