From the time of the crash, I only have the two logs you can see in the image attached. I attached here the text for the Sleep Wake failure. I did several deep searches and didn't find any other file with panic, caterr, or kernel in their name.

HARDWARE. its Bad Hardware.

Things like the CPU cache had bad data in it.

Can you post the ENTIRE panic report?

Kernel Panic Reports are stored in the Folder at:

/Library/Logs/DiagnosticReports

If you copy and paste that string into:

Finder > Go menu > Go to Folder

it will take you to the Folder where those reports are stored.

Kernel panic reports are named with Date&Time and start or end in ‘panic’

If you find one, please post the entire report here, by using the “additional text” Icon in the reply footer (looks like a paper with writing).

Please don’t post more about 20 lines of any other types of reports — they are interminable, and any information useful for this purpose is on the first screenful.

I agree with @Grant that this is most likely a hardware issue. The error name pretty much says it all.

FYI, sometimes macOS gets very aggressive & very quickly moves Kernel Panic logs into the "Retired" subfolder. Sometimes these logs just do not get saved.

Personally I would not spend any money on repairs to a 2016-2020 Intel Mac for multiple reasons. That money would be better spent going towards a new laptop.
