Unable to play old videos

I have videos saved on my iPhone 11 from 2015.. but suddenly I cannot play them! It just says ‘unable to load video, an error occurred while loading a higher-quality version of this video’.

Help please!! Most of these are of my kids when they were little 😢 how can I recover them??
