Enter passcode for Other Device

I just read a similar post on the forum where Apple replied with no help on the bug and instead responded with instructions on how to erase the device.

I had to delete and refresh my iPad. My iPad keeps asking for the password on my other iPhone. I have used the correct password for all three devices listed but it is telling me that it is incorrect. I just set up this phone from my iCloud backup. The password but it keeps telling me it’s wrong. I did not forget my passcode. What’s the issue here.
