how can i change the login name on appstore?
I change my apple id but the old one still comes up on appstore when i need to login. How do i chang that?

You need to set up an new App Store account with the new Apple ID.
On a Mac;
Open the System Settings app (in the Apple menu)
Chose your Apple ID
Choose Payment & Shipping
Add a payment method to your account details
On an iOS device;
Open the Settings app
Chose your Apple ID
Choose Payment & Shipping

An App Store app is forever tied to the Apple ID used to acquire it (paid or free). The Apple ID is encoded into the licensed copy that is downloaded. It is in the copy's DNA. That is the only Apple ID that can redownload or update the app. You will not be able to update apps that you acquired with your old Apple ID with the new Apple ID. You will need to delete the apps and buy/get them again.
