My AppStore account was disabled

someone used my account and billed me on my bank account. The Time I noticed the billing amount, I immediately reported to my bank and the money already return back to me. However, my App store / Itunes account was disabled. Pls help to activate so I can used both apps again for my Iphone and Mcbook. Thank you very much.

App Store and iTunes


If you see a message that says "Your account has been disabled in the App Store and iTunes," there might be a problem with the payment method that you have on file.


When you see the message, don't try to edit any of your account information. Instead, contact Apple Support for help.
