MacBook Pro Battery Calibration

This is going to sound like a terribly stupid question, but here goes anyway...

I just purchased a new (3rd) battery for my MBP (Mid 2007) that has been put away since the 2nd battery died about 8 months ago. The second battery was installed @ an apple store about 18 months ago, and the tech gave me a list of things to do to properly calibrate it. I cannot find the sheet of notes he gave me. I did search around on the support site and found this page: http://support.apple.com/kb/ht1490 -- but my MBP is not listed on it. The list includes only Mid or Early 2009.

So my question is: Does that page contain the correct information for my laptop? Or is there some other page I need to be looking for?

Your MBP has a removable battery. Use the instructions that are headed "PowerBook G4 (15-inch Double-Layer SD), MacBook (all models), and MacBook Pro (all models)".
