Hi,
I have an IPHONE XR
I have a few pictures and videos and want to download it to my PC via USB cable , but I keep on getting an error .
I have followed 2 videos on what to do , it said that I had two change two settings
Transfer to MAC or PC - Automatic to Keep Originals
and Camera formats - Most Compatible
But still getting errors and not allow me to download and save my photos and videos , please assist or give some advice.

I Plug in my cable to my phone and my PC , it lets me select the folder that I want to save to my PC , But it runs for 2 min then I get an error , I appreciate the above mentioned , but I have been through this , it would work great if I did not keep on getting this errors
