Unresponsive Contact in MacBook Pro MacOS Big Sur

My contact app is just spinning and unresponsive whenever I click on IG to edit a contact

Thanks Phillips, It was quite helpful as its no longer unresponsive and don't have to force quit while using it. More brain cells to your head
