Seems this (link below) is the most recent list available from Apple (I could wrong, am no expert!):

List of available trusted root certificates in iOS 15.1, iPadOS 15.1, macOS 12.1, tvOS 15.1, and watchOS 8.1 - Apple Support

Says:

Trust Stores contains trusted root certificates that are preinstalled with iOS, iPadOS, macOS, tvOS, and watchOS

and

Follow these steps to find the version of the Trust Store installed on your iOS and iPadOS device:

1. Tap Settings > General > About
2. Scroll to the bottom of the list
3. Tap Certificate Trust Settings
