Airtags not syncing on multiple devices

I am not able to see my airtags on a secondary device that is logged in under the same apple id. I can only see them on the device I originally set them up on.

Thanks for choosing the Apple Support Communities. We see you want to access an AirTag using another device signed in with the same Apple ID. We have a few steps that may help. Check those out below.


Find your keys, backpack, and more with AirTag - Apple Support


"If you have a supported iPhone model with Ultra Wideband and your AirTag is nearby"


"If you don't see your AirTag in Find My

  1. Remove and then reinsert the battery of your AirTag.2
  2. If your AirTag doesn't play a sound after you reinsert the battery, replace the battery with a new CR2032 battery."
