How to delete multiple harddrive partitions

I have a late 2015 iMac running Monterey 12.6.7. It now has four hard drive partitions that I did not create. How do I eliminate the extra partitions and also, how do I know which ones to eliminate?

Best leave them alone, those are normal...

                 Physical Stores disk0s2, disk1s2

2:        APFS Volume Macintosh HD - Data   673.3 GB  disk4s2

  4:        APFS Volume Recovery        529.0 MB  disk4s4

And no worry, they all can use the frre space.
