iPhone created playlists won’t sync w/ iMac

Recently upgraded my iphone to a 15 and have years of iphone created playlists on my 11 that I’d like to transfer to the new phone. They didn’t transfer over with the migration and they aren’t on itunes (because they were created on the phone). Is there a way to sync a playlist from a phone to itunes so that i can sync it to a new phone? 2019 imac running sonoma 14.4.1. Note, we don’t subscribe to apple music
