You can do that by going to Finder > Go > Go to Folder and paste each of the locations below into that text box.

The file locations are:

/Library/LaunchDaemons

~/Library/LaunchAgents

/Library/LaunchAgents

priv_inca,

First start up in safe mode:

Start up your Mac in safe mode - Apple Support

Delete everything in all 3 screenshots that does not contain the word:

  • microsoft
  • zoom
  • google

The windscribe plist in the first screenshot is for a VPN or Adblocker that I would not recommend, but would be needed if you wanted to continue to use that software. It is most likely not the source of your problem, but may cause additional issues. If you are not aware that you are using this software, then delete it, otherwise you can keep it for now.

Restart your computer and your issue should be gone.

First start up in safe mode:

Then remove these files in your second screenshot:

  • com.app_updater.plist
  • com.centinol.plist
  • com.CheckTime.plist
  • com.chunago.plist
  • com.jirin.plist
  • com.patext.plist
  • com.rp2.plist

Restart computer again. That is an excessive amount of malware that is giving you problems, most likely caused by downloading apps from nchsoftware or from clicking on those fake Flash Player Update messages that will appear on some less than legitimate websites. There were more files in there that I am not familiar with, but only noted the known malware. If you experience problems after this, repost those same folders again and describe the issue you are having.

Adil88,

First start up in safe mode:

Start up your Mac in safe mode - Apple Support

In your first screenshot remove:

  • com.curney.plist
  • com.mulkeyd.plist

In your last screenshot remove:

  • com.centinol.plist
  • com.chunago.plist
  • com.yZOej.plist
  • com.Erythroxylum.vk.plist
  • com.streamway-Bilati.plist
  • com.mulkey.plist

I was not able to identify the com.Erythoxylum.vk.plist so not positive it is Malware, you may want to move that file to the desktop and delete after restart and you are able to verify normal operation. If it was needed for an app that you are aware of, you can always put it back.

beedeeanne,

You are missing one of the LaunchAgents folders. There are 2 LaunchAgents folders that can contain files that need to be removed. The second LaunchAgents folder that is missing is above the LaunchDaemons folder in your second screenshot. You will need to post that other screenshot so all the files can be removed at the same time.

Everything in the first screenshot is fine. In the second screenshot, delete:

  • com.mulkeyd.plist
  • com.sepone.plist

In the last screenshot, delete:

  • com.app_updater.plist
  • mega.mac.megaupdater.plist

Restart again normally and the message should be gone. I noticed that you also have CleanMyMac installed. This is not recommended is related to many problems that you may encounter. Deleting this application should be done with the provided uninstaller. For the problems associated with this program, simply click the Search tab on the top of this screen and enter "CleanMyMac".

ebeevie,

First start up in safe mode:

Start up your Mac in safe mode - Apple Support

In the first LaunchAgents folder, delete:

  • com.app_updater.plist
  • com.centinol.plist
  • com.nbp.plist
  • com.variant.plist

In the LaunchDaemons folder, delete:

  • com.ryderd.plist

Restart your computer normally and your issue should be gone. Be wary of third party store fronts that offer software for download such as NCH Software and iBoostUp. Many times the apps there will install this Malware also.
