Work outlook email goes to MacBook calendar, but won’t push to iPhone calendsr

I tried adding my work outlook to iPhone, but our security prevents it. However I was suprised that it allows for our dual authentication to add to MacBook. So my work calendar shows up on my MacBook, but I can’t get it to show up on my iPhone. Any help would be appreciated.
