I am unable to download anything due to a billing issue. How do I fix this?

Sounds like you have an unpaid balance from something. There's no way to fix this except by adding a payment method to complete the transaction, then requesting a refund if applicable.

Does this issue still occur with different payment method? (e.g. a different card number)

Troubleshooting:

• Attempt to Remove current Payment & add a New Payment method
• Confirm your Billing Address is current by going to Settings>Name at the Top>Payment & Shipping>Payment Method>Billing Address (Bottom of Page)
