I installed windows messed around with it for a bit but then i tried to restart back to macos nothing worked
recovery mode and option didnt work either. this gave me almost a heart attack, so i tried to reset windows but
now it wont even show bootcamp so now im stuck at windows with no way to boot back on macos.
its a macbook pro early 2015 A1502 model and the macos version was on 12.6 can someone help me Thanks!

option key at startup stuff
also the macos version was 12.6 not 10.14 by the way
