Home Sharing has become unstable

I have a Windows 10 computer sharing movies to several Apple TVs in my house. This has been a great strategy for a long time now. All computers are set up properly. However, Home Sharing has become more and more unstable over the years. Now, I have random Apple TVs that drop off and claim home sharing is off, when it isn't. I have tried many many many combinations to solve this problem, but they have all failed. Restarting in different sequences. Reinstalling Apple TV, updating, etc. Help!
