I’ve a MacBook Pro with Sonoma.
Can somebody help me ? I need to know the keyboard shortcut to disconnect the mouse from computer. My computer screen doesn’t work is black and I’m unable to connect its screen with the external monitor .

What mouse are you using with the MacBook Pro..?
If it is wireless, turn it off. If it is USB, unplug it.
If the MacBook Pro's screen is black and/or not working..?

there is no shortcut to do what you described.
What most users need to know in your situation is that you can toggle the sense of "Mirror Displays" by using
Command-BrightnessDown.
