On any forum page, click on your avatar towards the top right, then choose Subscriptions.
How long ago did you write that post? Only very recent post show in your profile.
Try searching for your username by clicking on "Search" to the left of your avatar.
I want to update it
Users have just 15 minutes or so to make edits. After that, you can add a reply with additional information.
Is there a way to find and modify my posted question on my Community profile?
