I have not received gift card for my MacBook purchased on Black Friday

I purchased a new MacBook 13-inch from Apple (which did say was eligible for the promotion) in the 2023 Black Friday sale and never got the gift card or any email to do with it. I see lots of people are having the same problem, and I am wondering if I will ever receive my gift card?
