Dictation repeats whole blocks of text

Since upgrading to Sonora, when I dictate it seems to record what I have said on my clipboard as well as putting it into the text. If I go back to make a correction, it accepts the correction and then pastes large amounts of the previous text. This happens in all apps that use text, including Word for Mac and social media.
