sign in with apple: share with family

I have signed into an app using Sign-in with Apple. Now I would like to sign into the same app using the same account via my wife’s iPhone. Is there a way to do that? While we have family sharing activated, I can’t find an option to share the sign-in with Apple account with a family member.
