Apple Music Family Subscription not accessible since organizer changed regions

Hello. Apple Music subscriptions are not working for us. We bought a family subscription, which was paid for by one of the family members and he changed the region, his subscription works, but the other three members do not, although everything is paid and there are no debts. We tried to log into accounts through other devices, re-login to family access, but we were offered to buy a subscription again, although everything was paid for. Synchronization or restoration of purchases is also not available. Please kindly resolve this issue!
