Logitech H390 headset MUTING BUTTON not working with mac

I won a MacBook Air M1 (2020) with macOS Sonoma 14.4.1, the headset sounds great and the volume up and down buttons work fine, but the ISSUE IS THAT THE MUTE BUTTON IS NOT WORKING AT ALL.

It flashes red when its "on mute" and it stays red when is open.

Does anyone know what to do here?

ANY FIX?
