When I try to pay on web Cvapp.cz I see window of Apple Pay, but after a much of seconds this window is crashed, and sometimes I see window with this message: This website dost accept your cards, but you can anded other card in Apple Pay.

Sounds like issues with the merchant’s website. If they don’t accept your card, use a different card. Have you contacted the merchant?
If you’re getting a card not accepted error, that’s a website issue. On mobile device, the app is configured properly.

Your only other option is to try a different web browser. Some browsers can resolve errors better than others. Safari is usually the best for Apple Pay, but there are rare exceptions.
I have experienced the same problem on other websites. This issue only occurs on Mac computers. I have never had this problem on my iPhone.
