Refund denied

Fell asleep with iPhone on my chest. Warm iPhone woke me up. The iPhone open and app still running in the back ground. I pressed the power button to put the phone to sleep,, this did not work, so I pressed it again and I heard the purchase ding sound.

A 99.99 dollar purchase was made. I never spend this much and apple has denied me a refund. I am VERY DISAPPOINTED.
