Neither of these laptops have HDMI ports, but you could connect up to two HDMI displays with the use of USB-C to HDMI adapters, USB-C docks, and/or Thunderbolt docks. To connect both displays through a single Mac host port, you'd need to attach a Thunderbolt dock to the Mac, and then attach the displays to it. But if you are willing to use two host ports, you could go with a "plain" USB-C dock that has a HDMI port built in, and a separate adapter for the second HDMI display.
You can find USB-C to HDMI adapters and adapter cables on Amazon and in many retail stores.
Your tag line indicates that you have one of these 13" 2017 MBPs, but if, by chance, you have a 15" 2017 MBP, it can drive as many as four HDMI displays (using adapters).

As far as I know, it's only one external HDMI monitor is officially supported.
