Macbook Pro 15-inch 2018 Crashing/Restarting

Hello,

I hope anyone could help me on this issue. I bought this MBP in Sep 2018. It was doing fine till early this year. Since then I would notice my fans would at times go on high rpm. The crashing/restarting occurs either during sleep (lid closed) or even while active. Of course having high specs I was quite confident it would be fine even if I open quite a few apps together (MS-Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Photoshop) plus around 20+ tabs in Chrome browser. I was doing that before without hiccups. The last time it restarted was today with just MS-Edge browser running with 21 tabs.

    2.6 GHz 6-Core Intel Core i7 (i7-8850H) CPU: 6-core

    32 GB RAM - Not upgradeable

    Battery: Health = Normal - Cycle count = 138

Video Information:

    Intel UHD Graphics 630 - VRAM: 1536 MB

    Radeon Pro 560X - VRAM: 4 GB
