I want to delete photos and videos on my iPhone

I’m guessing that the OP deleted photos and videos, and now wants them back.

They might be in the Recently Deleted album (if it has been less than 30 days and they were not manually deleted from there). But if they were permanently deleted, that’s a different matter.

We cannot. We have no access to them. You must recover them (from the Recently Deleted album or from backups) if they still exist.

If they were permanently deleted and there are no backups, then they are gone.
