Music app opens randomly - unprompted.

Im on MacOs Sonoma, and recently added a new user account to my M1 macbook pro. A few times every day my Music app launches on its own. When i searched for a cause / solution I came across this help post: music app opens randomly - Apple Community.

My issue is that this occurs even when I am not touching the keyboard or trackpad.
