hello, i wanna ask if it’s possible to chat with anyone through imessage from different countries, like our phone numbers are from different countries, can i still chat with someone abroad

Not by Apple. iMessages (the blue ones) are free.
SMS messages (the green ones) may be charged by you mobile service provider for international SMS. Check with your carrier for international SMS rates.

Yes. iMessage has no concept of countries when messaging other people.
If they are using Apple devices, its no different than a local message.
If they are using Android devices or are not registered with iMessage, you will be using your SMS text message allotment from your carrier.
