App tracking has stopped working.

I use app tracking so that I can log in to Real Racing 3 on my iPad using Facebook. Yesterday the app tracking option was greyed out and the reason appears to be that my AppleID information does not include my age, which it does, and I’ve been retired 16 years. I tried logging out of AppleID and although the option reappears when I log back in it greys out again when I log into the game.
