All of my photos have been delete don my laptop and external hardrive, ebven the ones I took with my camera

HELP PLEASE

ALL OF MY PHOTOS FROM THE LAST FEW YEARS ARE DELETED

I use Icloud and I pay for it (I have 2 TB) But I didn't realise that my desktop and external hardrive was linked to it.

I've been adding ALL of my good camera photos from my SD cards to folders on my desktop and to my external hardrive which icloud has also

synced with (I had no idea!!!) . I have been downloading photos from Icloud to my desktop and then deleting on Icloud to make space on my phone.

I have only now realised that it is also linked to my desktop which means all of my photos I have deleted on icloud are DELETED EVERYWHERE.

I don't care about the ****** phone photos. I care about my camera photos. YEARS OF TRAVEL MEMORIES ARE GONE.

Please say I can get these back?
