Linkedin Sales Navigator on iTunes

This is a disaster. The card associated with Apple Pay dd not have availability, so the payment did not go through. I have reinstated the availability and I like to renew Sales Navigator yet the only possible option is to cancel it.

If I cancel it I'll lose all my saved leads and my messages, something I'd rather not do.

Any other solution?
