Stuck on the internet recovery screen

I’ve been stuck on this screen for awhile and it came to this because I needed to reset my MacBook Air password. I tried and eventually got here. I kept trying and every time it shows ⚠️ error -2005F. I now can’t get out of this. I included a stock photo of what it looks like on my side. Again it also has the -2005F under the sign and above the web address. screen. I did try resetting my password with Apple ID, but I couldn’t get to that screen either or see the option to get there. I just need to know how to reset my password without a recovery code. Please help.
