iMac seems sluggish and possibly compromised.

I've done a little research and they say to go through your Activity log to look for any extraneous activity or suspicious items but the list is long and ambiguous (at least to me). If I post my activity log can someone help me identify which items can go and which items might seem suspect?

Thanks in advance!

You can Sort on CPU% or what ever, but...

Have you run Disk Utility's Disk First Aid on all connected drives?

In Disk Utility>View, select Show all Devices, highlight the top left entry.

Run Disk First Aid on all items in the left panel, from top down.

Are you running any VPN, Anti-Virus, or Cleaning apps?
