iTunes Radio not working

I am getting this error message on iTunes Radio:

An error occurred while contacting the radio tuning service.

Anybody know what's up with that?

It would be really nice if you had shared the solution with us, instead of contacting the person individually. The reason for the Suppor board is to solve problems and help others, not to withhold information.

In any case, I have the same issue. Because my Mac Mini Snow Leopard is sick, I've gone back to using my old G4 with Panther (10.3.9) and when I open iTunes and go to access Radio Stations, there aren't any. Ive tried removing the plist, rebooting, etc., and nothing works...I wonder if I can buy 10.4 and update, maybe that will help.

In any case, if anyone has a response, please let me know, by sharing here in the Support Community.

I added Mac Book Pro, but I really have an iBookG4. It just wasn't an option in the Product section, and I had to add something.

Thanks asfdj. I realized today that I am posting in the iTunes for Windows, and I am a Mac user, so I am sorry, I didn't realize that there was iTunes for Windows also.

Now I know that Im using an OLD system, but I dont have any other choice now that my Mac Mini is dead.

However, even in 10.3.9 there were functioning radio stations, years ago, when I installed 10.3.9 on my Mac iBookG4.

Now, in trying to resolve these issues, when I delete the itunes plist, it gives me Radio Stations, but when I click on each individual category, like "Talk" or "Classical" there there are no radio stations listed. Ive also rechecked all my ports and there is no problem there.

And again, when I delete the itunes.plist. again, in trying to resolve the issue, I dont get any Radio Stations at all! Nada.Nothing there. It doesn't even say Radio Stations on the left, where all the entries are usually listed. So that is weird, and leads me to believe that the issue is the plist.

I even tried reinstalling individual iTunes from the Install CD, but this is not possible now, or on this Panther version, so I'm stuck. I dont know why it worked years ago, and now it doesnt, however, it seems that a clean reinstall of the system may be needed, who knows maybe that will help.

Though Ive searched on the internet, I cannot find JUST i tunes 4.6 (15). I wonder where I can get just an iTunes version for 10.3.9? I've seen them listed from Support for different levels but not for that one.

In any case, I give up. I'm starting to think that the Genius Store is selling fake Apple Computers. I mean all Macs are made in China, so who's to say that someone isn't importing fake computers into the US and Canada? I mean they do it with everything else, why not Apple computers? This would explain why my first Mac Mini was a lemon, and why my new one is a lemon and has been since day 1.
